After a speech from the pulpit by Grand Knight Norman Monteiro at the 11 am holy mass at St. Joseph’s Church, Sarnia, the activity moved downstairs to “Earl’s Room”. At the reception organized by Council 1429, Fraternal Advisor Dan Gimpel and District Deputy Joe Sawchuk informed the audience about the various aspects of the Order. Fr. Savel, echoing his comments at mass earlier, voiced his strong support for the Knights and exhorted the men in the parish to sign up.
