Mar 10: “A Knight’s Break” at St. Patrick’s Catholic High School, Sarnia

As we did last year, Council 1429 partnered with other councils at this annual lunch event on the day before March Break. It has been another way to connect the Knights with the staff and students of the high school. Last year’s proceeds were used to fund the Jim Lathem Awards  to three members of the football team who demonstrated virtue on the field, in the school, throughout the community and even towards their country. This year, with the help of staff and students, we have been successful in raising sufficient funds to continue this tradition. In addition, we have the good fortune to consider ways to recognize other groups of students.
